Duties:

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Help develop promotional ideas for products, collections, events, and launches

• Research target audiences, competitors, trends, and market opportunities

• Assist with social media marketing and promotional content

• Help create flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing materials

• Support brand partnerships, outreach, and networking opportunities

• Assist with events, pop-ups, photoshoots, and promotional activities

• Track basic marketing results and audience engagement

• Help brainstorm new ways to increase brand awareness and reach new customers

• Collaborate with the creative, content, and leadership teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative and strategic thinker

• Interest in marketing, branding, fashion, business, or entrepreneurship

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable researching and presenting new ideas

• Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines

• Willing to learn, network, and take initiative

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous marketing experience is preferred, but not required
